During our free design consultation, a designer will meet with you at your home to measure and learn the needs and desires of your project. Within the next day or so, the designer will send over preliminary designs which may be altered further as needed until a final design is agreed upon.
The design process depends on the size and complexity of your project. A simple linen closet can take as little as a few minutes for our design team to illustrate. But a more complex project can take several weeks of back and forth until a final design is agreed upon. Customer responsiveness always helps expedite the process.
Yes, spaces need to be empty before work can begin. As a policy, we do not allow our installers to move personal belongings.
Most jobs are complete in one day, however that is dependent on the scope and complexity of the project.
It is not required for you to be home during the install, as long as our installers have a direct contact should any questions arise.
Yes, we offer stained or paint-matched cabinet systems as well.
Absolutely, and our modular systems can easily be converted to fit future homeowners needs as well.

Unlike many of our competitors, we offer both a floor AND wall-based system. Both systems are attached to the studs in your walls so that they are level, even and most importantly, secure. Additionally, our installation team consists of Beyond Storage employees, not subcontractors.
We use only the finest European hardware for brackets, hinges and slides. We also use a 3/4th inch white pine substrate for our board, which is covered in thermally-fused melamine, NOT vinyl.
